Katherine works out of the Washington, D.C., office to share inspiring stories about our national parks.
Before joining NPCA, Katherine monitored easements at land trusts in Virginia and New Mexico, encouraged bear-aware behavior at Grand Teton National Park, and served as a naturalist for a small environmental education organization in the heart of the Colorado Rockies.
During her free time she enjoys traveling, baking, reading and attempting new hobbies.
Katherine has a B.A. from the University of Kentucky and an M.S. in Environmental Studies from the University of Montana.
