As Coordinator of National Parks Experiences for NPCA’s Travel Program, Jeana helps to facilitate immersive educational travel adventures for NPCA members in national parks across the country.

Jeana joins NPCA from a nonprofit career in international exchange and public diplomacy during which she designed and implemented professional exchange programs for the U.S. State Department’s International Visitor Leadership Program (IVLP). Her experience also includes teaching English abroad through the Japan Exchange and Teaching (JET) Program; coordinating volunteer and community service programs; and project management for law firms.

Jeana holds a BA in Political Science from Grinnell College and a Master’s in Public Management from the University of Maryland, College Park. A native of the DC metro area, Jeana currently resides in Maryland. Nature and national parks are her happy place, and hiking and photography are some of her favorite activities.
