As Coordinator of National Parks Experiences for NPCA’s Travel Program, Jeana helps to facilitate immersive, small group educational and travel adventures for NPCA members in national parks across the country.

Jeana joins NPCA from a nonprofit career in international exchange and public diplomacy during which she designed and implemented professional exchange programs for the U.S. State Department’s International Visitor Leadership Program (IVLP). Her experience also includes teaching English abroad through the Japan Exchange and Teaching (JET) Program; managing projects for law firms; and coordinating volunteer and community service programs.

Jeana holds a BA in Political Science from Grinnell College and a Master’s in Public Management from the University of Maryland, College Park. A native of the DMV, Jeana currently resides in Maryland. Nature and the outdoors are her happy place (especially red rock desert, slot canyons, and the landscapes of Utah), and hiking and photography are some of her favorite activities.
