Greetings from Mount Rainier National Park

My wife and I started visiting National Parks in our 50’s. We took an 8,500-mile motorcycle trip in 2010 and visited 9 parks including Arches, Zion, Redwood, Olympic, Denali, Kenai Fjords, Glacier, Yellowstone and Badlands. We have since visited 41 of the parks across the USA, from Maine to Florida to California to Alaska, all on our Harley. Now we just have to get to Hawaii. Every park is simply unforgettable. Everyone should see them all.

Sincerely,
John & Cathy

Mount Rainier National Park

Majestic Mount Rainier is the highest peak in the Cascade Range and an active volcano with more glaciers than any other mountain in the United States. Just an hour's drive from Seattle, the park's wild landscape feels much further from civilization. The forests, parkland, wetlands, lakes and rivers offer 260 miles of trails and varied habitat to dozens of plant and animal species.

Established: 1899

“We love all of them and we hope they are all still around when our four grandkids are old enough to visit them.”
