The following Terms of Service confirm that the materials you’re uploading are yours to share, and that we have the permissions we require in order to use, store and publish your contributions to the My Park Story website:

By submitting my text and/or photo, I acknowledge that I am the copyright owner, that each individual contained therein has granted me permission to use his or her likeness, and that it does not infringe on anyone’s rights. NPCA hereby has permission to use these materials for all purposes. This includes editing them for accuracy, brevity, or size as necessary. By uploading and sharing my content, I understand I retain ownership of my content but grant NPCA in perpetuity a non-exclusive, sub-licensable, royalty-free, worldwide license to access, use, and display content in connection with the site. Additionally, I agree to indemnify NPCA for any costs or damages, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, in the event that any claim is made against NPCA regarding the use of my photo and/or text.
