Volunteer Fence Removal Project and Happy Hour

Join NPCA on Monday, September 9, for a volunteer project to restore a historic pronghorn migration corridor in Paradise, followed by a happy hour in Bozeman hosted by our partner, Limestone Branch Distillery. We will celebrate a decade of restoring Yellowstone pronghorn migration and hope that you will join us for one or both of these events.

For thousands of years, Yellowstone’s northern pronghorn antelope have participated in a rare, long-distance migration from summer range inside Yellowstone, to critical wintering grounds north and west of the park. Fence barriers impact their ability to migrate and threaten the long-term health of this iconic herd. Since 2010, NPCA has collaboratively worked with private landowners and public land managers to identify barriers and engaged over 800 volunteers to remove or modify nearly 35 miles of fencing.
