Pam and her team work with charitable foundations across the country to develop funding relationships to support NPCA's work and align with funders priorities for meaningful investments.

Hailing from Louisville KY and later graduating from Wilmington College, Pam migrated to Washington DC for graduate school at Catholic University and made her home here on the east coast. Passionate about civil rights, the arts and the environment, she divided her career among them and has worked to develop community programs and significant investments for each. Most recently, after several successful years in the development program at the Chesapeake Bay Foundation, Pam joined NPCA in 2014 to head up the organizations foundations program and our institutional fundraising efforts across the country.
