As Associate Director of Foundation Relations, Liz Ackley writes and manages grants for NPCA’s regional and national programs. Her favorite national park is Yosemite.

She joined the NPCA team in 2009 and currently serves as Associate Director of Foundation Relations. In this role, Liz manages a portfolio of institutional donors and develops fundraising strategies for regional and national programs including the Alaska Regional Office, Pacific Regional Office, Midwest Regional Office, Texas Regional Office, and Clean Air & Climate Change programs.

Originally from Williamsburg, Virginia, Liz earned a Masters of Public Administration with a concentration in nonprofit management from George Mason University. She is also an alumna of Connecticut College, holding a BA in Human Development and a Certificate in Community Action from the Holleran Center for Community Action and Public Policy.

When not writing grants, Liz enjoys going to concerts, collecting camels, and taking her pup to the dog park.
