Liam is the communications manager for NPCA’s national energy program as well as the organization’s southwest, northwest and Pacific regions.

Liam joined the NPCA in December 2019 and is based in the Los Angeles office. He previously he worked for a public policy organization in the Bay Area, Greenpeace in Sydney, Australia, and the Guardian newspaper in London, England.
