As the Senior Regional Director, Joy leads NPCA’s Northeast office and oversees campaigns in the region to protect national park resources and improve the quality of visitor’s experience in the parks throughout the northeast, including New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, Rhode Island, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Vermont, and Maine.
Joy is a passionate leader who brings a deep and unique lived experience to the northeast and the NPCA family.
