Janelle Blakely served as the Regional Director of Development for the Northwest, Northern Rockies, and Alaska regions. Janelle connected National Parks Conservation Association's most generous supporters with our advocacy and activities to protect our national parks.

Prior to joining the NPCA team in 2018, Janelle served as Senior Development Manager, Pacific Northwest at NatureBridge and Communications & Outreach Manager at the Whidbey Camano Land Trust. Janelle received her Master of Nonprofit Leadership and Graduate Certificate of Fundraising Leadership from Seattle University. Growing up in rural northern California among majestic Redwood forests, Janelle has a special connection with Redwood National Park and the epic California coastline. She lives in Seattle and feels incredibly fortunate to have world class natural beauty right outside her door.

In her spare time, Janelle serves as V.P. Education of a local Toastmasters Club, and volunteers as a coach with Seattle University’s Women’s Rugby Club.
