Ismael joined NPCA in 2018 and is the Creative Content Specialist, helping tell NPCA's story through video and other media.
Born in DC and raised all over Maryland, he attended Towson University and earned a degree in Electronic Media & Film. He is on a life-long mission to create movies, tell stories, and bring under represented voices along the way.
