Colin is the Senior Program Manager of the Northwest Regional Office in Seattle, Washington.
He started at NPCA in 2016 and is working to implement our goals at Olympic and Crater Lake National Parks, as well as advancing protections for clean air and water in parks across Oregon and Washington. Colin studied political science at Oregon State University and spent several years immersed in land use and transportation policy at Metro, the unique regional government in Portland. Before joining the Northwest team, Colin worked in NPCA’s Midwest office, where he worked to preserve the natural and cultural resources of our Great Lakes national parks.
