Colin is the Regional Director of the Northwest Regional Office and is based in Portland, Oregon.
Colin oversees NPCA’s park advocacy across the Pacific Northwest and leads park protection campaigns in the state of Oregon. Colin studied political science at Oregon State University and spent several years immersed in land use and transportation policy at Metro, the unique regional government in Portland. Colin joined NPCA in 2016 where he worked in our Midwest office, leading efforts to preserve the natural and cultural resources of our Great Lakes national parks, before coming back to the Northwest in 2021.
