Blanca Andrade is passionate about community engagement and cultural advocacy within Latinx communities, dedicating her career to being a resource for these communities. Blanca earned her B.A. in Spanish and Communications from Ursinus College in Pennsylvania. She has worked with various community centers and served as a fellow with NPCA, coordinating research to strengthen connections with diverse communities.
Through these experiences, she continued to engage in spaces of inclusivity and equity, which sparked a passion for conservation through nature and community. In her free time, Blanca enjoys visiting parks, art and photography.
