Anna Solberg received her BS in Environmental Studies and Sustainability from Northern Michigan University in 2015, her MA in Geography from Kent State University in 2017, and her PhD in Geography from Kent State University in 2022.

Through her education, Anna has focused on the connections between environmental impacts in protected areas and how community perception and engagement can make a difference. Anna currently serves as Pocono Region Field Coordinator with Conservation Voters of PA. She is from all over the Midwest, but she calls Marquette, Michigan home. Being a “Yooper” and growing up around great lakes, trees, and wildlife has given her a love of photography, the outdoors, animals, and travel!
