I have taken many trips to the Smokies. Fall is my favorite time to go. The colors are breathtaking! I love Cades Cove and imagine what it might have been like to live in this remote place. We were able to watch sourgum molasses being made on one fall trip. This majestic park is worth the trip. I am never disappointed.
