Ah yes here we are, me and Geoff on our family adventure exploring the Smokies while celebrating his parents 28th anniversary. This was our first vacation as a couple and my first as a part of his family. We had an absolute blast! The park was stunning. We can’t wait to return for more.

A Park Ranger here not only told us all about the synchronized fireflies, but also how to secure a campsite 6 months in advance in order to have the best chance of witnessing their rituals. It was truly an amazing experience that we would otherwise have not known about.
