I’ve never been there. In fact, the only National Park I’ve ever visited was Acadia when I was very young. My wish & goal is to see a few before I pass this life. That is why I love park so much. I’ve read about and studied so many in books, videos, and movies, and each has its own personality, it’s own beauty, it’s unique story to tell us. About our earth, the beings who dwell within them, and our connection to them. This is how I’ve learned we are all connected. This is how I hope to become more connected. I fight to save them for myself to see and enjoy, and for their own sakes to remain to teach this and other generations.

Yellowstone National Park
America's first national park is named after the river that runs through it. Within the park's massive boundaries, visitors can find mountains, rivers, lakes, waterfalls and some of the most concentrated geothermal activity in the world. The park has 60% of the world’s geysers, as well as hot springs and mud pots. It is also home to diverse wildlife with the largest concentration of mammals in the Lower 48 states, including grizzly bears, wolves, bison and elk.
