Greetings from Yellowstone National Park

I have been to many National Parks. I have many favorites but my favorite favorite is Yellowstone. I have been there many times in my 74 years.
The one I remember most is when I was about 12 years old. My parents and my two younger sisters were in the park. We found a nice picnic area with nice tables. We spread our lunch and were sitting down to eat when a Mama Bear and her three cubs headed to our table. We abandoned our food and head for our car. We sat in the car and watched the Bears consume our lunch. That was an experience I’ll never forget!

Sincerely,
Don G.

The park has 60% of the world’s geysers, as well as hot springs and mud pots. It is also home to diverse wildlife with the largest concentration of mammals in the Lower 48 states, including grizzly bears, wolves, bison and elk.
