In 2012 - A group of friends and I went to the Sequoia National park and it was an eye opening experience. How beautifully kept and how warm and wonderful everyone was there. It took 9 of us hand to hand to completely wrap around a sequoia tree. A pinecone that was almost 13in long. The natural scent of it still remains in my memory. We will never forget the experience. Thanks to the Park Rangers, we were able to safely and respectfully finish the park. We were and still are in awe of the work that they do everyday.

Sequoia National Park
Sequoia National Park is home to the tallest mountain in the Lower 48 and the largest tree on earth. Mount Whitney's granite peak rises 14,505 feet above sea level on the arduous High Sierra trail. General Sherman, a sequoia in the Giant Forest, is the world's most voluminous living tree specimen, standing 275 feet high with a base circumference of over 100 feet. The park also features spectacular waterfalls and more than 200 marble caves.

Greetings from Sequoia National Park
This was a birthday trip in October, 2002 that my wife and I took. I am standing in front of an average size Sequoia tree. It was amazing to see how absolutely huge and wonderful these trees are!
