A couple years ago, my husband and I hiked the Highline Trail and stayed overnight at the Granite Park Chalet. The National Park staff on-site were super knowledgeable and welcoming. We listened to stories about the park’s history and wildlife and got a chance to connect with other travelers. The Highline Trail is one of my favorite hikes, so it was extra special to be able to stay for the sunset and enjoy the stunning night sky. Thanks to the hard-working and dedicated staff, we had a safe yet enchanting experience remote in the mountains. Thank you!
