National Public Lands Day at Mount Rainier National Park

Give a hand to your national park! Join us at Mount Rainier National Park's White River Campground near the Sunrise Visitor Center where we will tackle a variety of projects, including trail maintenance, invasive species removal and revegetation.

Together, we will tackle a variety of projects including trail maintenance, invasive species removal and revegetation. You will be working with thousands of volunteers across the country to preserve our national treasures. Bring the entire family for this fun event on the single largest public lands service day of the year!

Event Details

WHEN: Saturday, September 24, 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.

WHERE: White River Campground at Mount Rainier National Park. Sign in at the campground and we’ll disperse to several locations in the park for different projects.

WHO: Anyone interested – families are welcome!

OTHER INFO: Remember to bring your work gloves, warm clothing or rain gear, lunch, and water. Tools and training will be provided.
