My name is William McMahon and I serve as the Assistant Director of Campus Sustainability at the University of North Florida in Jacksonville. I hold a bachelor's degree in Environmental Studies and Geography from Bishop’s University and a graduate degree in Global Sustainability from the University of South Florida.
I’m thrilled to join the NPCA Sun Coast Region’s Youth Leadership Council! What excites me most is the opportunity to collaborate with fellow young leaders to advocate, campaign, and build community around the protection of our national parks.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time outdoors and traveling whenever I can. During my term, I look forward to visiting more of our national parks and deepening my connection to the natural spaces we’re working to protect.
