Whitney works with NPCA's team of major gifts fundraisers to provide a best-in-class experience for NPCA's generous donors.
Whitney joined NPCA as Director of Major Gifts in 2026. Prior to that, she was a Senior Philanthropy Consultant at The Nature Conservancy (TNC). In this role at TNC, she launched the Consulting Bench, a group of external consultants who provided campaign planning and implementation support to teams across TNC.
She has more than 15 years of experience as a fundraising consultant, strategist, and coach for high-performing teams. She holds a Ph.D. in Interpersonal Communication from North Dakota State University. She lives in beautiful Alexandria, MN, where she enjoys boating with her family in the heart of Minnesota’s lake country.
