Jerry Otero

Jerry Otero came to NPCA as a Colorado native. Before joining NPCA, Jerry worked for nearly a decade as an aide to three United States senators, most recently, as regional director for the western region of Colorado for Senator Mark Udall. At NPCA, Jerry worked on oil and gas development and energy policy connected to national parks across the country.
