Holly Barron is a student at The University of Texas at San Antonio studying for her B.A. in Communications with a concentration of Public Relations. She joined NPCA's Texas Young Leaders Council in 2026 and is based in San Antonio, Texas. She has earned her A.A. in Journalism from Northwest Vista College, one of the five community colleges in the Alamo Colleges District in San Antonio, Texas.
Prior to her involvement with the NPCA YLC, she has served as President for the Student Government Association at Northwest Vista College, Primary Delegate representing Northwest Vista College on the Alamo Colleges Student District Council, and most recently served as a Peer Educator for UTSA’s College of Liberal and Fine Arts Student Success Center.
