Led by a call to action, Eboni is a management professional with a background in non-profit administration, program operations, partnerships, and workforce development.

She currently serves as the Southeast Region Associate Director and National Park Service Diversity Lead for the National Parks Conservation Association. She also works as an adjunct professor and lecturer at the Georgia Institute of Technology, Georgia State University, and Southern New Hampshire University. Outside of work, Eboni is a board member for the Georgia Conservancy, the Appalachian Trail Conservancy, the Next 100 Coalition, and the Association for Outdoor Recreation and Education. She holds a BA from Duke University, an MSW from Columbia University, an MBA and MPA from Kennesaw State University, a certificate in business analytics from the Wharton School, and a PhD from Southern University and A&M College. In her free time, Eboni is an avid hiker, reader, and CrossFit enthusiast.
