Diane joined NPCA in 2015, bringing a passion for connecting donors to meaningful conservation work.
She first served as Regional Director of the Midwest and later as Senior Managing Director of Major Gifts. Today, she helps guide fundraising efforts across the organization as Deputy Vice President of Development.
Prior to NPCA, Diane served as Associate Director of Development at The Nature Conservancy and as Development Manager at the Peggy Notebaert Nature Museum. With more than two decades of fundraising experience, she is known for her collaborative leadership style, strategic vision and commitment to creating exceptional donor experiences.
Diane is a Midwesterner through and through. Originally from Minnesota, Diane received her B.A. in Journalism from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and currently resides in Chicago with her husband, twin daughters and pup Oliver. The first national park she visited was Badlands National Park at age 2, and her favorite is Sequoia National Park (where she met her husband!). She keeps busy volunteering with local mutual aid groups, and loves fostering her daughters’ connection to our incredible national parks.
