Baylee is a government affairs professional specializing in advocacy campaigns and strategic support. Outside of work, she's an avid gardener and cyclist with a passion for conserving native plants and habitats.

A summer spent working at a local summer camp where she helped students appreciate and understand the environment around them, which became the foundation for her belief that anyone, whether they live in a city or surrounded by nature, can learn to see the world around them as part of the environment worth protecting. She lives in Baltimore City, where she maintains a native pollinator garden and will happily talk the ear off anyone who’ll listen about killing their grass and starting a native wildflower garden instead. Baylee holds a B.A. in Political Science and International Relations from Goucher College.
