As General Counsel, Adam leads NPCA’s in-house legal department, manages NPCA’s litigation program, and provides general legal counsel to the organization.

Prior to joining NPCA in 2013, Adam was a senior associate at Hogan Lovells US LLP, served as a trial attorney at the U.S. Department of Justice, Environment & Natural Resources Division, Natural Resources Section, and clerked for the Hon. Patricia A. Seitz in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida.

With more than two decades of experience representing and counseling federal, state, and local governments, corporations, trade associations, and non-profit organizations in complex litigation, administrative proceedings, and regulatory and business matters, Adam brings broad professional experience and strategic insight to his role as General Counsel to help advance and strengthen NPCA’s park protection efforts.

Adam is a graduate of Dartmouth College and Cornell Law School, and served as book review editor for the Cornell Law Review. Adam is admitted to practice law in the District of Columbia, California, Florida, and New York.
