This trail between Newport, Rhode Island and Yorktown, Virginia commemorates the victory at the Battle of Yorktown. It follows the path of the 14-week march led by George Washington's Continental Army and Jean-Baptiste de Rochambeau's Expédition Particulière in 1781.
