A Special Resource Study is being conducted to determine if Mill Springs Battlefield (in Kentucky) should be recommended for inclusion in the National Park System. The purpose of this study is to gather information about the battlefield through historical research and public input and then report these findings to Congress. Join us for public meetings in January, 2016 to share your voice.
You have the opportunity to participate in this planning process by attending a meeting or sending your comments and questions to the NPS team working on the study.
There is also a meeting on January 4 in Nancy.
