We hope you will join us for a free screening of Return of the River on November 19, a film about the largest dam removal project in the history of the United States, and the extraordinary effort to restore an ecosystem and set a river free. The film will be followed by an expert science panel discussion on the ongoing learning taking place at the dam removal sites in Olympic National Park.
Return of the River offers a story of hope and possibility amid grim environmental news. It is a film for our time–an invitation to consider crazy ideas that could transform the world for the better. It features a remarkable success story for environmental and cultural restoration for the Lower Elwha Klallam Tribe.
