Inside Out Public Art Walking Tour and Bike Tour at the WV State Capitol

As part of FestivFALL, join the National Parks Conservation Association (NPCA) on a public art adventure starting with a 30-minute guided walking tour inside of the WV State Capitol Building and followed by a 1-hour guided bike tour exploring the statutes and monuments on the Capitol Complex Grounds.

  • Explore Inside! The walking tour meets at 3pm in front of the WV Coal Miner Statue.

  • Explore Outside! Just want to join the bike tour? Meet at the WV Coal Miner Statue at 5pm, ride begins at 5:30pm.
