Join NPCA and our local partners on Thursday, April 28th for our Find Your Voice Volunteer Day at Pullman National Monument—Chicago’s first national park.
NPCA’s “Find Your Voice” initiative is about bringing people together in our national parks to experience, enjoy, and better protect them so they continue to thrive into their next century. At Pullman National Monument, we’ll spruce up this beautiful historic neighborhood by weeding, planting, painting at the historic museum, picking up litter, and helping the National Park Service get ready for the busy tourist season.
It’s people like you who helped advocate to create Pullman National Monument and altogether, we must continue to protect and care for our parks and speak up to help protect them for generations to come.
All materials, supplies and lunch will be provided to all volunteers. Please come prepared to get dirty and if you have work or garden gloves, please bring them along. Learn more about this event and Find Your Voice for America’s national parks here.
