NPCA VISA® Card from Capital One®

Do even more to help NPCA fulfill our mission to protect the parks with the NPCA affinity credit card from Capital One®. Every time you make a purchase with your NPCA Visa® Card, a portion of each dollar spent goes directly to NPCA. Choose a card that offers generous rewards, an option with a low introductory rate, or one that helps build your credit through responsible use. Find out more and apply today at www.npca.org/card.

Gifts of Stock

A gift of stock to NPCA can help support our far-reaching park protection activities and programs, and minimize your tax burden at the same time. For instructions on how to transfer securities to NPCA, please contact Nina O'Connor at 1.800.628.7275 extension 241 or by email at noconnor@npca.org.

Workplace Giving

Support your national parks by choosing NPCA in your workplace's charitable giving campaign. NPCA participates in the Combined Federal Campaign (CFC# 12069) and in many other payroll deduction campaigns through Earth Share, an alliance of the country's leading non-profit environmental and conservation organizations, working under one name to safeguard public health and the environment.

Many workplaces offer Earth Share as a choice in their charitable giving campaigns, including American Express, Harvard University, American Airlines, Sears, the Metropolitan Museum of Art, Hewlett Packard, HBO, Aveda, Dell, Tom's of Maine, Emory University, and more.

If your employer does not have an Earth Share campaign, contact Jim Thomson, NPCA Member Services Coordinator, at 1.800.628.7275 extension 215 or by email at jthomson@npca.org to find out how you can help launch a program in your workplace.

Employer Matching Gifts

Many employers match charitable contributions made by their employees. Check with your personnel or human resources office about your organization's program.  If your employer does not have a matching-gift program, NPCA can help you encourage them to start one. For more information, contact Sonya Tynes-Shaw at stynes-shaw@npca.org.

Click here for a list of companies that matched their employees' contributions to NPCA in 2012.

Foundations

With a wide range of programs throughout the United States, NPCA is fortunate to work with a diverse range of grantmakers, from major national foundations seeking to address issues on a global scale to small family foundations striving to improve the quality of life in their own communities.

To discuss how your foundation can help improve the National Park System, contact Chuck Anderson, Director, Corporate and Foundation Relations, 202.454.3354 or canderson@npca.org.

NPCA Checks

Show your support of our national parks with NPCA checks and checkbook covers. These environmentally-conscious checks are printed on recycled paper with vegetable-based inks. Select from three series of checks: iconic park images like Yosemite's Half Dome, historic battlefields including Manassas and Gettysburg, or even the simplistic beauty of the NPCA logo with the bears. Between 10% and 17% of the sale price comes directly back to support our work. View the park images and order your new checks.
