There may be a vote on the provision as early as Monday, March 22, 2010. Please call your Senators at 202.224.3121* and ask them to oppose the McCain Amendment today!

This is [Your Name] calling from [City, State]. I ask that [Your Senator] oppose Senator McCain’s amendment #3528 to the FAA Reauthorization Bill.
This amendment:
- Undercuts years of public engagement in creating an environmental impact study that the Department of Interior is set to release in the coming weeks.
- Would make it impossible to reduce the number of air tours over the park and creates a process to increase them.
- Make half the park never free of air tour noise that disrupts the experience of park visitors.
- Uses a definition of natural quiet that ignores non-air tour aircraft noise.
Please oppose Senator McCain’s amendment #3528.
Thank you for your support of America’s national parks and attention to this important matter.
