The Colorado National Monument is a slice of the iconic American West in the grand state of Colorado. Explore the canyons and rock towers as you share the park with desert bighorn sheep and bald eagles. The Rim Rock Drive is a 23 mile scenic drive along the cliffs, and a very popular bike ride. The Book Cliffs Overlook has stunning views and has been the location for countless weddings.

NPCA Recommends
The Rim Rock Drive is very challenging to bike in its entirety. If you are a recreational cyclist looking for a more leisurely route, then try the 10 mile round trip ride from the Visitor Center to Artists Point.
