Brice Crossroads National Battlefield was preserved in order to commemorate the June 10, 1864 Confederate victory near Tupelo, Mississippi. Although less than an acre in size, there are two walking trails you can travel to position yourself on the battlefield and imagine what it might have been like during the battle.

If You Go

There are no visitor facilities at Brice Crossroads National Battlefield, however, there are facilities offsite near Baldwyn, Mississippi. Check with the Natchez Trace Parkway staff to determine if there are any guided tours available during your visit.
