Statement by NPCA Director of Clean Air and Climate Programs Mark Wenzler
“Chairman Waxman’s letter today to the Environmental Protection Agency is a shot across the bow. The Administration’s attempts to roll back clean air protections for Class I areas, including America’s national parks, will not be tolerated. We should be working together to protect America’s national parks, not providing opportunities for polluters to circumvent the law and harm these places. Taking care of our national parks should be a national priority.” Please view Chairman Waxman's letter here. # # #
