National Parks Conservation Association Says Comment Period Closes with a Bang

"The Administration’s controversial proposal to allow loaded guns in national parks has generated thousands of comments from Americans concerned about the safety of their families, and wildlife, in our national parks," said National Parks Conservation Association Legislative Representative Bryan Faehner. "Now that the comment period has closed, we’ll be looking for the Administration to abandon this politically-motivated proposal and uphold the Reagan-era regulations that now permit unloaded, safely-stowed guns in national parks."
