Did we really hike that high?

Ron and I spent 5 days in Mineral King with friends. We are not youngsters any more so hiking to 9000 ft plus was a challenge. The four of us hiked almost to Eagle Lakes the day before and we were headed for Timber Gap the day this photo was taken. We were on our way down when this shot was taken with the mountain ridges above Eagle Lake & White Chief Lakes across the valley are in the background. Thank you Disney for giving up your dream of a resort in this valley!
