ATV's

Areas for ATV's & snowmobiles needs to be in the towns/cities industrial areas or near airports where noise should be. These "challenge-parks" should be huge for all levels of skills for their fun. And, have competition areas, too. Counties/Forest Service should be making funds from this use to cover all once built. I moved next to a forest because it WAS QUIET, a great place to study the natural areas, photo favorites, create art work ideas for children and hike without crowds roaring through. Now, they are showing up with guns and playing war or showing off their automatic weapons, etc. We need more rangers to protect our forest, animals -our natural environments. Even hunters have complained about these ATV crowds interfering with the animals' environments.
