I Give Because...

I started giving to NPCA after college. But now that I’m able to give at a higher level than I could when I was in my 20s, I’m more aware of how at peril our national parks are. They’re almost always, perpetually, at risk. So I think it’s very important that we have a strong organization that transcends the politics of the day, and combats the short-term actions that are detrimental to what should be eternal. Maybe it’s just part of getting older, and having had more time to watch these battles happen over and over again. But now more than ever, I feel that NPCA and organizations like it are very important.
