Everglades National Park spans 1.5 million acres, representing the largest tropical wilderness area in the United States.  You will explore this bio-diverse parkland by foot, sea-kayak, and canoe, venturing into mangrove forests, freshwater prairies, and cypress grove strands.

The adventure begins on land with short hikes and interpretive tours through this unparalleled setting.  Everglades National Park was the first park created specifically to protect a fragile ecosystem that provides important habitat for rare and endangered species like the manatee, American crocodile, various wading birds, and the elusive Florida Panther.  After touring by land, you’ll explore the farthest reaches of the area on a remote island camping excursion where you will paddle into rarely visited areas and immerse in the heart of the ecosystem. The trip is capped to perfection with a transfer to Naples to a comfortable hotel and a final night of celebration.
