Services by CPM exceed expectation because they don't need to be trained to understand NPS...the process is efficient.


CPM brings practical, objective reasoning and analysis, straightforward answers, critical thinking, and a diversity of services.


We were somewhat apprehensive about the workload that the CPM projects might bring. Let me be the first to say that our fears were unfounded. From the very beginning, CPM staff was sensitive to our needs and other demands, while diplomatically working with staff to get needed information. They were a delight to work with.


CPM is unbiased and can tell the hard truth [to park managers] that is not shaped by the NPS lens.


CPM has an understanding of the unique culture and operating constraints of the park service. They do a good job and listen well.
